Valentine’s Day was the best when we were kids. Too young to be knocked over the head with its unapologetic consumerism or to feel bad about being single when the big day came around… again, it was an excuse to numb our taste buds with cinnamon chemicals and receive love notes from our classmates. When we were really young, those classmates were blissfully undiscerning – Valentine’s Day cards were punched out of a giant book and handed out to anyone within desk shot.
Things are a little different lately. Now, Valentine’s Day means an excuse to have sex, a reason to cry alone with a bottle of wine or a day to throw middle fingers up to the man (or Hallmark). At least until today, that is!
Introducing Capsule 98 Valentines, a collection of 8 free printable valentines cards which take form in a few of the dreamiest ’90s hunks: Jonathan Taylor Thomas, Will Smith, Luke Perry (RIP), Devon Sawa, Leonardo DiCaprio, Joshua Jackson, Usher and the Backstreet Boys.
We’ll be sharing ‘em via post and story on Instagram all week long, but for old time’s sake, here they are in physical form, so you can print, cut and share ‘em with lovers, besties, hell, even your barista.
